3rd- You will receive a confirmation email that you are registered from Brandon@toptiercrossfit.com. If you do not receive a confirmation email the day you complete all of the above please email the above address and request a confirmation email and/ or check Heat schedule to confirm placement in the competition.
Standards for Divisions:
WOD & Heat Information:
The first workout, “Alpha”, will have a time cap of 10 minutes and will require the participation of all three team members. After a 5 minute rest period, the second workout, “Bravo,” begins.
“Bravo” will have a time cap of 8 minutes and will require the participation of only two team members (the third team member must rest). After a 2 minute rest period, the third workout, “Charlie,” will begin.
“Charlie” will have a time cap of 5 minutes and will require the participation of the team member that did not participate in “Bravo” (the other two team members must rest).
Pending programming modalities, this structure will lend to a strategy with who does which WOD. Typically the Alpha WOD will be 3 modalities, the Bravo WOD will be 2 of the 3, and the Charlie WOD will be a singular modality or specialty WOD.
Teams must do their best to complete the workouts. The tiebreaker will be based on the time (or reps completed) taken to complete the “Alpha” workout. Therefore, teams must bear in mind that total time to complete a workout and/or unfinished repetitions in a workout will play a factor in the tie-breaker. There will be a final WOD between the top 4 teams in all divisions. All 3 team members will participate in this final WOD.
