Coach Tips: Wall Ball Efficiency

The goal of both of these techniques is to avoid leaving your arms extended overhead while waiting for the ball to return down to you. Thus, causing less fatigue for the shoulders over the course of the workout. Less fatigue should, in turn, allow you to perform more reps during a workout or complete the workout faster.
