Top Tier Bootcamp & Yoga Re-Launch

The Top Tier CrossFit crew is excited to announce the re-launch of our Bootcamp & Yoga program beginning November 1st! We’re offering unlimited Bootcamp & Yoga under one membership for only $99/month, or pay per class for $10/class. We’re proud to offer even more convenient class times throughout the week and you can check out our schedule here:
Our Bootcamp classes have been re-structured to focus on weight loss, improving sleep, toning, and reducing stress. While we are a CrossFit gym at heart, DO NOT expect to use any barbells or heavy weights in these classes!
Our Yoga classes are taught vinyasa style by Suzie Blackman, a local yoga instructor with extensive experience in the yoga communities in both San Francisco and Washington D.C. Expect to feel relaxed and refreshed after attending one of Suzie’s awesome 60-minute classes!
All ages and fitness levels are welcome to attend both Bootcamp and Yoga. Every workout is scalable, meaning there are various levels of difficulty available for every movement in the workout. Each of our coaches has multiple fitness certifications, and are experts at helping individuals achieve their wellness goals.
Our state-of-the-art, multi-level facility is located in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem, where we’ve been helping people meet and exceed their fitness objectives for over a year. Our second floor is dedicated entirely to our Bootcamp & Yoga program, where we hope to see many of you soon!
