Top Tier Fitness is a group training facility located in downtown Winston-Salem. We built our gym to accomplish two things. One. Help Winston-Salemites achieve their fitness ambitions. Two. Make sure our members have an absolute blast while smashing their goals.

Of course not. It’s a very common misconception that resistance training yields power-ranger like bodies. The people you see on TV who do CrossFit train for 5-6 hours a day, eat ungodly amounts of food, and often times partake in extracurricular substances that help them recover faster, and thus, grow bigger muscles. Men and women should engage in regular resistance training to keep body composition at optimal levels for a variety of health reasons (decreased risk of heart disease, diabetes, and insulin sensitivity to name a few!). Don’t be surprised if you are able to see your abs again though!
